Bumbles Booking & Cancellation Policy

If you wish to secure your booking now, please call us on free phone 0800 Bumbles (0800 286 2537) within New Zealand or +64 3442 6298 outside New Zealand with your credit card details.

While we have a maximum 7 night stay policy, please enquire about our longer stay options which we consider on a case by case basis.

Credit cards will be validated but not charged and you will be required to pay in full on arrival.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your check in will forfeit one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking, whatever is the greater.

Please note: unless credit card details are received we cannot guarantee your booking.
